Due to low literacy rate, usually students have fear of exams and teachers. Traditional teachers always teach traditionally with biased language and using measures of punishment. This cause negative effects on students minds and they try to get rid of from study. I observed this situation at Government Postgraduate College Asghar Mall Rawalpindi during third year promotion tests that students every time try to protect their selves from biased sentences of traditional teachers. On the other hand, newly inducted reachers have very rational and good behavior with the students that attract them as well. May be, its reason is, they studies in modern environment rather than the stick culture that affect traditionally old teachers in all over the Pakistan.
